This includes in-depth assessments of needs, career counseling, educational or skill trade opportunity counseling, resume, and interview skills counseling.

The goal of the Honey Bear Project is to offer a pathway of for success for these women, to allow them the opportunity to be successfully employed and reduce recidivism.
